Grab & Go Breakfast Program

The Grab & Go Breakfast Program began on Doone Street in January 2023. When we began, we were not sure how many children to expect each morning, but before we knew it, 25 - 30 kids were coming every morning to grab a nutritious granola bar, fresh oranges, apples and bananas, juice boxes and other yummy breakfast snacks.

The program has even seen up to 60 children in a morning (wow!!) and now parents have started coming by and chatting over coffee. In 2023, we gave out 3,711 breakfasts to the Doone Street community, and we look forward to continuing to feed hungry kids in the community for years to come.
